Sake 101

Sushi has become so commonplace you can find it almost anywhere. Saki, however, has remained more of a mystery. That's why PL8 Simply Asian has introduced an $11 sake flight that allows diners to sample three of these rice-based Japanese spirits. Watch out, though: The alcohol content can be as much as twice that of wine. PL8, 736 W. Northwest Hwy., Barrington, (847) 382-1088, pl8simplyasian.com.
