United Relief Foundation responds to devastation

Deerfield, Ill.-based United Relief Foundation has reached out to the small town of Geiger, Ala., where of the town's 100 homes, 61 were completely destroyed by the recent deadly storms that devastated lives across Alabama, Oklahoma, North Carolina, and Mississippi.

The foundation continues to collect food, water, and hygiene kits being distributed from its Arlington Heights warehouse facility and United Relief Foundation volunteer rebuilding teams will be sent once a full assessment (of how the Foundation can best help) is complete.

To volunteer or make a donation please send an email detailing your interest to Lifeline@UnitedReliefFoundation.org [Volunteer & Donation designation: Geiger]
