Does Hubble as rec center make sense?

For Sale: $100 million recreation facility — 5 cents on a dollar.

Wheaton Warrenville District 200 hopes to sell old Hubble School for a little over $5 million. To replicate it as the recreational complex that it represents would cost the community an additional $100 million in tax dollars.

If this makes no sense to you, let District 200 know before its intended auction on May 16.
