Looks like not much has changed

Let’s see what the difference is between our nation under former President George W. Bush and our current commander-in-chief, Barack Obama. Under Bush, the U.S. had relatively high unemployment, a struggling economy, two wars, high gasoline prices, prisoners at Guantanamo Bay, abuses at the Abu Ghraib prison in Iraq, faltering international relations and massive debt.

Under Obama, the U.S. has even higher unemployment, a depressed economy, three wars (including one in Libya that was not authorized by Congress), high gasoline prices, prisoners at Guantanamo Bay, abuses in Afghanistan with soldiers posing with smiles next to dead civilians, severely damaged international relations with even our closest allies and even more crushing debt with a plan for further deficit spending due to a basically unfunded government takeover of health care.

I’m just wondering: When is that “change” Obama preached about coming? For the 2012 campaign, Obama’s theme is “Are you in?” I wasn’t “in” the first time and my hope is that the American people won’t be “in” for a second round of this ineffective failure of a president and administration.

Oh, and that “transparent administration” Obama promised? Well, I’m sure you can guess what happened to that.
