Excited for 4 more years in Dist. 200

Thank you to all who voted for me and to those who worked hard on my behalf. Because our communities place such a high value on the excellent reputation of Wheaton Warrenville District 200 schools, I am especially honored to sit in trust for them again. I will continue to do my best on behalf of our communities and our children.

My victory is somewhat bittersweet because I will miss working with John Bomher, who was always diligent to bring thoughtful wisdom to the board table. I will also miss Marie Slater, who has mentored many board members over the years, including me. I thank both of them for being such good colleagues.

Our communities can be proud that the campaign remained positive in tone and focused on the issues. I truly believe all the candidates in this race were sincere in their desire to serve our district. I am confident that Jim Vroman and Jim Gambaiani will help continue the tradition of excellence that defines District 200.

We will certainly have challenges to address, but I am optimistic about the future of our district. We have great students, supportive families, and solid communities. We have quality teachers, dedicated principals and talented administrators. I have no doubt that our district will always find a way to provide the best for our students. I am excited to be part of that journey for another four years, and I thank you again for that opportunity.
