Letter carriers to host annual food drive on May 14

The National Association of Letter Carriers will host its 19th annual Stamp Out Hunger National Food Drive on Saturday, May 14.

Postal customers can leave nonperishable donations including baby food, pet food, toiletries and paper goods, on a porch or mailbox that day. Letter carriers will pick up the items and deliver them to local food pantries.

Last year, Americans donated a record 77.1 million pounds of goods to the drive.
