Chef Klaus Mandl will be cooking up Harbor Express signature items -- and a few surprises -- all day on Thursday, April 28. Come join the fun!
Klaus Mandl is Chef Consultant for Sysco. He served as General Manager of Bon Appetit food service at Wheaton College 1995 - 2009 and Executive Chef of the Drake Oakbrook Hotel 1988 - 1995.
