Schrantz, Hall and Vondracek win in Woodland District 50

Challenger Chris Schrantz led the voting in Woodland Elementary District 50 and joined incumbents Terry Hall and Mark Vondracek in winning school board seats.

With all 41 precincts reporting, unofficial results showed Schrantz with 1,469 votes. He was followed by incumbents Hall with 1,449 and Vondracek at 1,245.

Six candidates competed for three 4-year seats at Gurnee-based Woodland.

Out of the running were Vincent Juarez at 1,181 votes, Keith DeVore at 1,069 and Alex Attiah with 1,031.
