Game notes: A must-win game for the Hawks, period, against one of the worst teams in the Western Conference. The Hawks are 2-0 in Columbus in this season, outscoring the Blue Jackets 12-6. Columbus played in Washington on Thursday night and didn’t have leading scorer Rick Nash because of an undisclosed injury.
