Three vehicles involved in I-90 crash
Two vehicles and a semitrailer truck were involved in a crash on westbound Interstate 90 during the afternoon rush Friday.
Initial reports indicated the truck and a BMW were involved in a crash around 4:20 p.m. between Roselle and Barrington roads. The BMW then collided with a blue Volkswagen, according to Sgt. Julio Serrano of the Illinois State Police.
Two men and one woman were transported to St. Alexius Medical Center in Hoffman Estates with minor injuries, he said.
Two left lanes were closed for accident cleanup but had reopened by 5 p.m.
