Streamwood Woman’s Club scholarship available

For over 35 years, the Streamwood Woman’s Club has been dedicated to improving the quality of life in its community and beyond. One of the ways in which they do this is to offer a scholarship each year to assist college or trade school bound students in pursuit of their educational goals.

The $500 scholarship is available to any graduating high school senior who is a Streamwood resident. Applications are available at the Guidance Office of Streamwood High School, or call Celia, (630) 289-9562.

Completed applications must be postmarked no later that April 16, and mailed to: Streamwood Woman’s Club, P.O. Box 152, Streamwood, Illinois 60107.

The Streamwood Woman’s Club is a nonprofit civic organization, providing adult woman, ages 18 and over the opportunity to help others through civic and charitable activities, while enjoying the companionship of other active women.
