Helping people who want freedom

Fence Post writer Marion Reis thinks the Republicans want to reduce taxes for the super wealthy. Give me the numbers: what income level is super wealthy and how much of the total taxes collected do they pay?

The Republicans want to abolish health care? No, they want to abolish government-run health care. The Republicans carry on “imperial overseas ventures”? I believe we are helping a people that want freedom.

George Bush said we cannot impose freedom on anyone. A country that wants freedom must fight for it, bleed for it, die for it. This is why the U.S. is helping countries.
