Game notes: The Blue Jackets are just 2 points and one spot behind the 11th-place Hawks in the Western Conference standings. Columbus will be without two key players in Derick Brassard (upper body) and Rostislav Klesla (knee). Derek Dorsett (head) is questionable.

Season series: Hawks lead 3-1.

Next: Pittsburgh Penguins at the United Center, 2:30 p.m. Sunday.
