District 15 Educational Foundation plans casino night

D15 Royale, this year’s premier District 15 Educational Foundation fundraiser, will be Saturday, March 5, at 7 p.m. at the elegant Makray Memorial Golf Club in Barrington. Reservations are $125 per person and include 100 charitable gaming chips, Royale Cuisine, and, of course, a great time.

Only a limited number of reservations are available. The foundation is bringing in some of your favorite casino games for a fun-filled night of charitable gaming. The evening’s biggest winners will be sent home with some incredible prizes, while live and silent auctions will mean those that aren’t high rollers won’t have to leave empty-handed.

The evening will kick off with District 15 student musicians providing a warm, musical welcome. As guests mix and mingle throughout the evening, they will feast at “Royale Cuisine” stations. Cash bars will be available.

Proceeds from D15 Royale will support programs and projects that enhance and supplement the educational experience of all District 15 students. To date, the foundation has invested more than $1.7 million toward that goal through its annual teacher mini-grant awards and its sponsorship of Rainbows grief counseling, FIRST Lego League teams, anti-bullying campaigns, technology improvements, and other programs.
