Dist. 220 meets at new time Tuesday

Barrington Unit District 220 officials have changed the time and location of Tuesday’s board meeting at which potential budget cuts for the next school year will be discussed.

The meeting’s open session now will begin at 7 p.m. Feb. 8 in the cafeteria of Barrington High School, 616 W. Main St. in Barrington.

Board discussion of the budget and potential reductions will follow a period reserved for citizen comment. The discussion initially was planned for Feb. 1, but was rescheduled because of this week’s blizzard.
