If yes, please explain: noCandidate's Key Issues Key Issue 1 It's simple, the town needs more business, you don't need to be a trustee to see this. The changes could improve the situation Greatly . As a trustee I will make sure to not pass up a opportunity to bring new business to the town of Fox River Grove.Key Issue 2 I would like to improve the Public Works builds. I would alsolike to find a way to purchase better equipment for public works.Key Issue 3 My last campaign issue is to make the Metra commuter parking lot a safer area to exit and enter. Trying to put better signs up, and to make the drivers more informed about the situation.Questions Answers What makes you the best candidate for the job?I am good for this position as I have substantial team leader experience proven values of work achievements. I am young with new and fresh ideas and of the new generation ,where things need to change because as the economy gets worse someone needs to stand up for whats right.Given the delicate balance between the need for revenue and over-taxing local businesses, what is your opinion of your community's present level of local sales taxes? Is the tax just right, too low or too high? Explain.These taxes are just right for the current size and amount of business we have.Talking with your friends and neighbors, what seems to be their biggest public safety concern? Explain the concern as you see it, and discuss how you think it should be addressed.The current posted speed limits are never obeyed. And this is only from what I have gathered from neighbors and the town people. This is always a hard thing to address. We all know the FRG P.D. are doing their best, so how do i address this? Its simple more posted signs in areas where their is no signage.In these tight economic times, municipal budgets have to be prioritized. Where, if anywhere, could the current budget be trimmed, and conversely, are there areas the budget does not give enough money to?Budgets could always use a little trimming in these tight economic times, but there is always a fine line between trimming and cutting. I do not want to make services run thinner than they already are, Taking money from one fund and putting it in to another is not what I'm about. If not then prioritizing is what will have to be done.What's one good idea you have to better the community that no one is talking about yet?One good idea is to rent riverfront property to boat owners. Renting riverfront would be a great source of income for the village.
