What changes, if any, do you think need to be made?Am in general pleased by how prepared the students are for the next phase of their school career. Do you believe the district should ask for concessions, expect employee costs to stay about the same as they are now or provide increases in pay or benefits?Again, by looking at best industry practices (using data from comparable markets), it will help in making good educated decisions for what is best for the students and the long-term financial health of the community. If your district had a superintendent or other administrator nearing retirement, would you support a substantial increase in his or her pay to help boost pension benefits? Why or why not?We need to be fiscally responsible with the authority that has been entrusted to us as a School Board Member.
