Why buy anything made in China?

As usual, Chuck Goudie has a very worthwhile column. The Jan. 24 column on China is especially good. I personally don't buy or purchase anything made in China. Companies that send businesses to China, that could be made in America, are doing it to make money. Why Mayor Daley is so friendly with a country that we in America are against? Only he knows.
