Brainerd open house

The Save Brainerd Committee of the Brainerd Community Center will host an open house at 8 p.m. Friday, Feb. 4, in the Libertyville High School cafeteria. Committee members will explain the plans for the renovation and restoration of the Brainerd building into a community center. The organization wants to learn what kinds of programs the public would like to see offered at such a facility. Representatives of any groups that would like to discuss utilizing space in building also are welcome.
