Aurora Central Catholic 47, Guerin 35: After a slow start, ACC scored 33 points in the second half to claim a Suburban Christian Gold decision.

Jackie Cardona paced the Chargers (14-9, 5-3) with 17 points while Ashley Wilk chipped in 11.

Guerin jumped off to a 12-0 lead in the first quarter before the Chargers fought back to within 19-14 at the half.

Junior Kelly Evers went 6-for-7 from the field and hit all six free throw attempts in a 17-point performance for Kaneland (11-14) while senior Emily Heimerdinger connected on four 3-pointers as part of a 15-point effort.
