Hanover Township diabetes class open to seniors

Hanover Township is partnering with Avesena Home Health Care to offer a six-week workshop for seniors, “Take Charge of Your Diabetes.”

The class will meet from 10:15 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. Mondays from Feb. 7 through March 21 at the Streamwood Park District, 550 S. Park Blvd.

The Illinois Department of Health provided funding for the program. To register, call the park district at (630) 483-3025.
