Would I be let out of jail to visit spouse?

With regard to Lanlan Hoo who stated we need more compassion for our fellow human, I’d say I agree with the more compassion statement. Mr. Ryan should have been more compassionate to his fellow human beings/taxpayers before he chose to break the law. If I, the average taxpaying citizen broke the law, do you think I would be let out of jail to visit a dying spouse? I think not, and nobody would know the difference.
