Elk Grove High School students perform variety show
Elk Grove High School will present its 2011 variety show, entitled “Extreme Giant Happy Super Fun Time V-Show,” Wednesday, Jan. 26 through Saturday, Jan. 29, at 7 p.m. in the school theater.
About 100 students are involved in the production, featuring acts that include Orchesis, a cappella, musical ensembles, percussionists, Bollywood-style dancers and a comedy troupe to keep things light and moving along.
Brad Kahler and Miguel Sanchez are the show’s directors, Sue Montemayor is the house manager and student directors are seniors Shannon Hancock and Roderick Phillips, junior Sarah Gorecki and sophomore Allison Nowak.
