Kirk, Manzullo, Walsh host town hall meeting Saturday
U.S. Sen. Mark Kirk and congressmen Don Manzullo and Joe Walsh will host a town-hall meeting in Crystal Lake Saturday afternoon focused on efforts to cut spending, reduce the deficit, improve the economy and lower unemployment.
The meeting is open to the public and will take place from 2 to 3:30 p.m. Jan. 22 in the Conference Center at McHenry County College, 8900 Route 14 in Crystal Lake. Doors will open at 1:30 p.m. on the east side of the building, near parking lot B.
Joining the legislators for the economic discussion will be Dr. Andrew Biggs of the American Enterprise Institute.
