Appreciates year-round use of Lake Arlington
Kudos to the Arlington Heights Park District trustees and staff for making it a continuing priority to keep the path around Lake Arlington clear of snow for us winter walkers.
During the recent freeze/thaw cycles, the staff has also used environmentally safer sand to alleviate icy patches. It's nice to see a government entity providing much-appreciated services rather than seeking new ways to enhance revenue or build monuments to bloated political egos.
Thank you for making this village gem enjoyable year round.
