Frazier says Vikes to be 'dramatically different'
MINNEAPOLIS — The Minnesota Vikings could look a lot different next season, whenever it starts.
The Vikings have a number of high-profile players whose contracts are expiring, and with a new head coach in Leslie Frazier there will be a hard look at the roster as the team attempts to put 2010 in the past.
Frazier is also determining whether he'll stick with the West Coast offense that Brad Childress brought in 2006. Frazier says he wants the Vikings to be a run-first team, whatever system is in place.
He's also stressing better participation in the team's offseason programs. Several stars skipped some or all of them last year to work out on their own.
