Generosity keeps center going

We, the board members of the Elburn & Countryside Community Center would like to express our appreciation to all of the businesses that purchased a tree or wreath for our first “Community of Trees” silent auction.

Thank you all for your generosity and also for your expressive ways of decorating. Many comments were made throughout the evening on how different and unique each one was. Each tree and wreath was bid on and won by someone during the Christmas Stroll.

Approximately $1,500 was raised, which will help the community center continue to provide a place for activities for the community.
