Game notes: The Kings are without two of their most physical defensemen in Matt Greene (head injury) and Willie Mitchell (lower body). They lost 6-4 in St. Louis on Thursday and won 6-1 at Nashville on Saturday night. The Kings' penalty-killing is fifth in the NHL. Jonathan Quick starts in goal.
