Hanover Township adopts seniors

Adopt-a-Senior recipients are truly touched when remembered during the holidays by a caring community. Those interested in reaching out are encouraged to visit the Giving Tree displayed in the Hanover Township Senior Center Lobby.

Each ornament displayed on the tree represents an item to be purchased for a senior in need. Simply remove the ornament from the tree, obtain and wrap the specified item and return to Social Services. Please return the original ornament to ensure that the gift can be properly matched to each resident. For clothing items, it is helpful to include a gift receipt.

All gift items need to be returned to the Senior Center by Friday, Dec. 17. Monetary donations are also appreciated; make payable to Hanover Township and mail to Hanover Township Senior Services, 240 S. Illinois Route 59, Bartlett, IL 60103, Attention: Jennifer.
