Kaneland's offense explodes in 2nd half
Kaneland poured in 38 points in the second half for a 57-46 come-from-behind win over Elmwood Park Wednesday at the Immaculate Conception Tournament.
Kelly Evers dominated for the Knights (4-2) with 19 points and 15 rebounds. Tess Alderman came off the bench to score all 8 of her points in the second half.
Nicki Ott scored 10 points, Andie Strang had 7 and Emma Bradford and Emily Heimerdinger both chipped in 6 points.
The Knights are now only one win away from matching last season's victory total.
