FBI releases photos from Schaumburg bank robbery

The FBI has released surveillance photos and a more detailed description of the man who robbed a Schaumburg bank Monday night.

The masked man entered Parkway Bank and Trust, located at 1600 N. Roselle Road, just before 6 p.m. Monday and pointed a black semiautomatic handgun “gangster style” at a teller while demanding money, according to the FBI.

He fled on foot with an undisclosed amount of cash.

The robber is described as a thin white man who's between 5 foot 10 and 6 foot 1. The robber is 20 to 30 years old and was last seen wearing a dark baseball hat, black jacket with a hood, a dark blue bandanna covering his face, black gloves and baggy blue jeans.

He was also carrying a small black shoulder bag.

No one was injured during the robbery, which remains under investigation.
