Woodridge posts Accounts Payable Registers on website

In an effort to continue improving communication with the public and provide transparency regarding village operations, the village has posted its Accounts Payable Registers on the village website. The registers contain a listing of payments made by the village of Woodridge to outside parties and are similar to a check register that might be found in an individual's checkbook.

The registers have a listing of entities receiving payment, the payment amount, the account number from where the payment is being made, and the date. The registers are reviewed and approved by the Village Board during meetings held on the first and third Thursday each month (except for dates conflicting with holidays). Copies of the registers, organized by month, can be found at www.vil.woodridge.il.us.
