Try your luck at turkey raffle in Geneva

The Fox River-Geneva American Legion Post 75 will conduct its annual turkey raffle beginning at 5 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 20, at the post home, Second and James streets, Geneva. Admission is free.

Come early and take part in all of the fun. Every spin has a winner.

Enjoy complimentary hot dogs and chili. Donations will be deeply appreciated and accepted. A cash bar will be open with mixed drinks, beer, wine and soft drinks. Experience the chance to win a gift certificate to fine dining, beauty salons, shopping certificates and, of course, turkeys being raffled off on every spin.

The turkey raffle is a major fundraiser for the post and all proceeds go to veterans in need, hospitalized veterans and the scholarship program for local high school youth.
