Advocate Condell Medical Center President joins Lambs Farm Board

Advocate Condell Medical Center President Ann Errichetti, M.D., MBA, has joined the Board of Directors at Lambs Farm in Libertyville.

Dr. Errichetti will serve on the Program Committee and the Audit and Finance Committee. She joins 18 other board members at the non-profit organization dedicated to empowering adults with developmental disabilities.

“This is my chance to give back to the community,” Dr. Errichetti said. “Lambs Farm has a long and proud history of service to people with developmental disabilities, through employment, residential, and life skills programs. I recently had the opportunity to learn more about their great work, and I am honored to be asked to serve on their Board.”

In addition to her role as Advocate Condell's president, Dr. Errichetti is the Chief Academic Officer for Oak Brook-based Advocate Health Care. She joined Advocate Condell in 2009 after serving three years as President of Advocate South Suburban Hospital in Hazel Crest, Illinois.

Lambs Farm President and CEO Dianne Yaconetti said she's looking forward to Dr. Errichetti's contribution.

“We are pleased to have Dr. Errichetti on our Board, and are certain her extensive experience and knowledge will add a new perspective to our deliberations,” Yaconetti said.

Founded in 1961, Lambs Farm has assisted individuals to create their own pathways to meaningful experiences, at home and in the community. Lambs offers a full range of vocational, residential, social and recreational programs. For more information, visit lambsfarm.org.
