Offended by Krauthammer

Regarding a piece by Charles Krauthammer, “Obama Underappreciation Syndrome.” I am both shocked and offended that you would allow such biased and exaggerated politics into your newspaper.

The man writes as if President Obama has done nothing of importance in his term so far, which couldn't be further from the truth. But, then again. “truth” isn't a concept that this tea party is very comfortable with. In fact, when they don't like the truth, they just deny it. It doesn't root from just a lack of knowledge on the issues, it comes from a lack of seeking the real knowledge and the real issues.

The problem is biased and corporate-sponsored opinion programs. Mainly Glenn Beck, obviously. You have this man who plants these radical views into people's heads, knowing that he isn't telling the truth and then he attacks the left for ridiculing him. He uses his program to enrage his audience, under false pretenses.

I want to finish by asking tea partyers what it is they are told to stand for. And I want them to shiver when they realize it is everything they have been fighting for. Do your research before you speak. And please, never run another article by that man ever again, unless it is preceded by him opining it up with: “I don't really know what is going on, just what I'm told.”
