Doug and Debra Lellbach, owners of Lellbach Builders in Naperville, recently attended THE REMODELERS ADVANTAGE BUSINESS SUMMIT, a three-day business management conference exclusively for owners and key managers of large-volume remodeling companies. The event was held in Kohler, Wis., Oct. 6-8.

During the conference, the Lellbachs attended numerous educational seminars on topics ranging from developing efficient production systems and hiring the best people for every job to creating customer delight and delivering top quality service.
