'Night before Halloween' event

The Mundelein Park District's free “Night Before Halloween” is scheduled for 5 to 8 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 30 at the Mundelein Community Center, 1401 N. Midlothian Road, Mundelein.

This year's event for kids aged 3 to 11, with adult supervision, is at a new time and location.

The event includes treats, giveaways, wagon rides, storytelling, a hay maze for preschoolers, haystack with prizes, and more. Participants should dress for the weather, as the event is indoors and out.
