Bears make moves to practice squad
The Chicago Bears signed LB Chris Johnson and P Richmond McGee to the practice squad and terminated the practice squad contracts of LB Marcus Buggs and WR Greg Mathews.
Johnson entered the NFL as an undrafted free agent with the Arizona Cardinals this season out of South Dakota State. The 6-2, 230-pound linebacker spent the entire preseason with the Cardinals appearing in all four contests, recording three tackles.
McGee spent the 2009 preseason with Chicago and part of the 2010 offseason with the Bears after signing as an undrafted free agent with the Philadelphia Eagles in 2008.
