Prospect Band Boosters

The Prospect Marching Knights (PMK) continued a successful season by claiming the Illini Grand Champion Trophy at the 44th annual University of Illinois Illini Marching Band Championships in Urbana-Champaign on Saturday, October 16th.

The Marching Knights were awarded first place in Class 5A and ranked first among all 22 bands in Class 4A, 5A and 6A. They also were recognized for overall music general effect and overall visual general effect.

The bands next competitive performance is at the State of Illinois Invitational Marching Band Championships in Normal on October 23rd, where most of the top bands in the state will also be represented.

The Marching Knights then travel to Atlanta, GA for the Bands of America Super Regional on October 30th.
