Cary Grove chamber to host girls night out

Tickets are on sale now for the popular “Girls Just Wanna Have Fun event scheduled from 7 to 9:30 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 21, at the Crystal Lake Holiday Inn, 800 Route 31.

Hosted by the Cary Grove Area Chamber of Commerce, this is the chamber's fourth annual girlfriends night out. The event attracts about 300 area women.

Tickets are $20 and include a free drink ticket, free gourmet appetizers, free wine tasting hosted by Armanetti of Fox River Grove from 7 to 8 p.m., a performance by comedian Ken Sevara, shopping with nearly 50 vendors, free raffle prizes awarded all night long, cash bar and more.

The Girls Night Out event will feature several local vendors with products and services geared for women. These vendors will be offering free giveaways, free mini pampering services and other activities all evening.

A ticket is required to enter that evening. This event sells out each year.
