Roselle robbery under investigation
Roselle police are investigating a burglary at a Napa Auto Parts Store.
Officers responded to the shop on the 1000 block of West Lake Street at 8 p.m. Monday after a thief ran behind the counter and took an undisclosed amount of cash.
The robber entered the store just after it closed. After he took the money, he was seen fleeing west through the parking lot, according to police.
The robber is described as a 6 foot tall black man between the ages of 20 and 25 with a thin build and heavy Jamaican accent. He was last seen wearing a black Nike hooded sweatshirt and brown pants, according to police.
