EAST RUTHERFORD, N.J. -- Chicago Bears quarterbacks Jay Cutler and Todd Collins have been knocked out of Sunday night's game against the New York Giants.
Third-year pro Caleb Hanie took over late in the fourth quarter. Hanie played in two games last season, completing 3 of 7 passes.
Cutler was sacked nine times in the first half and didn't return for the third quarter because of a concussion. Cutler was 8 of 11 for 42 yards and an interception.
Broadcast reports indicated Cutler suffered a concussion on the second-to-last play of the first half.
