Costco does good deed

I would like to say a public word of thanks to the Costco in Lake in the Hills.

While driving back to Ohio from California, my mom and dad stopped at the Lake in the Hills Costco where my mom bought a pair of pajamas. She hadn't been feeling well, and the new pair gave her comfort. When she returned to Ohio, she found out the reason for her discomfort. She is in stage four of cancer. Knowing that she will be needing something comfortable to wear, she contacted her local Costco, which said that they wouldn't be getting any of those in for quite a while. Upon hearing that, she called our Costco to see if they could ship her three pair.

When the sales woman heard what my mom was about to have to go through, Costco asked her to please allow them to pay for not only the shipping charges but the three pairs of pajamas as well.

Their kindness brought a wave of sincere gratitude to my mom at a time when she really needed it, so I would like to say thank you to Costco as well as the salesperson who took the time to take care of my mom.
