Bullet goes through bathroom window in Wheaton

Residents of a Wheaton home were awakened early Thursday morning to a bullet shot through their bathroom window, according to the Wheaton Police Department.

About 4:30 a.m. the residents of the home on the 1700 block of Thompson Drive heard three bullets fired, according to police. Only one bullet struck the home, and no one was injured.

An unknown person fired the shots in the area of Seven Gables Park, according to police.
