Obama to blame for Bush deficits
President Barack Obama with much bravado boldly announced that "buck the stops here." But Obama blames the deficits that took place before he took office on George Bush. But no president can create deficits.
All spending bills originate in the House of Representatives and are voted on by Congress. Obama was in the House when all the big spending bills were passed and he voted for all to them. Obama blames Bush for the deficits that Obama helped to create. The buck for creating the deficits stops at Obama's doorstep
