A Wheaton church supply and religious gift shop was broken into overnight Tuesday and robbed of a chalice, according to police.
Police confirmed that somebody broke into the back door of the shop, located at 113 W. Front Street, sometime between the shop's closing at 5 p.m. and 8 a.m. Wednesday morning and stole at least one item.
Deputy Chief Tom Maloney of the Wheaton Police Department said the department is continuing its investigation, but had no suspects.
