Two weeks ago, police say Giovannie Bahena avoided arrest for underage drinking when he fled a Prospect Heights party after police arrived to investigate a noise complaint.
hardreturn />His luck ran out Friday when Prospect Heights police arrested the 19-year-old at the Wimbledon Estates complex, which police had warned him not to visit, said Cook County Assistant State#146;s Attorney Haley Peck at Bahena#146;s bond hearing Saturday.

hardreturn />His criminal background includes a conditional discharge in 2010 for possession of cannabis; boot camp for a 2009 conviction for manufacturing and delivering a controlled substance and two days in jail for a 2009 conviction for criminal trespass. He next appears in court on Sept. 29.
