A scam element to Obama job policy

During this election season, the currently employed are trying to convince the unemployed that President Obama's policies really are a success. That is more than a little like patrons of a fancy restaurant telling starving spectators on the other side of the glass, "The executive chef has plenty on the menu for all of you, if you'll just be patient, and if you'll send him more money to stock his kitchen."
