Franks a man of the people

I want to publicly commend State Rep. Jack Franks for the great work he does for the people of McHenry County. Because of many people's frustration with the state of Illinois, Rep. Franks unfortunately gets lumped together with the rest of the state's politicians and their poor reputations. But he deserves to be recognized for his independence, courage and strength to stand up for the people who elected him and do what's right, regardless of party or special interests.

Franks is a man of the people and for the people. His role in ousting Blagojevich from office is a great example of his tenacity and his courage to break from the status quo. Instead of working for himself, he's working for all us. Keep up the good work, Rep. Franks. The people you serve truly appreciate it.
