Need longer green arrows on Route 83

Is it just me or are the green arrows at the Devon Avenue and Route 83 and Thorndale Avenue and Route way too short? If you're facing east or west at either one of these intersections and you want to go north or south on Route 83, well, good luck if you are four or five cars back.

It seems that with all the cameras flashing at each intersection, all they really want to do is hand out tickets. How about a five to 10 more seconds so people can get through? North and southbound Route 83 gets way more time.
